Terms and Conditions: Cancellation Fee Policy At ED Executive Chauffeur Service, we aim to accommodate our clients’ needs with flexibility. Unlike many companies, we do not charge for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, provided the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellation Policy: Notice Required: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us by email or phone, providing your booking reference and reason for cancellation.
Airport Transfers: If there is a change in your flight time, please inform us as soon as possible. We will accommodate the change without additional charges, provided you notify us in advance. In cases where you cancel, a cancellation fee may apply if we have reserved a vehicle specifically for your booking. Cancellation Fees for Prepaid Clients: 48+ hours before pick-up: Full refund. 24-48 hours before pick-up: 50% refund of the journey price. 12-24 hours before pick-up: 25% refund of the journey price. Less than 12 hours before pick-up or if the car has been dispatched: No refunds.
The above cancellation charges also apply to all corporate and invoice clients.
