Cancellation Fee Policy
Unlike the vast majority of companies, Edchauffeurs do not charge our clients for unforeseen circumstances where a travel must be cancelled as long as this is done with 48 hours prior of the requested pick-up time.

We understand that sometimes the unpredictable happens and for unforeseen reasons you simply can’t make it. If you would like to cancel your booking with us, you can do this by emailing us or call us with your booking reference and reason of cancellation.

For Airpot transfers please let us know if there is a time change on your flight. There will not be a charge on your flight change as long as you have notified us in advance. In case of a cancellation made by you, we might have to charge a cancellation fee. This is because we might have to say no to other bookings to ensure there is a vehicle available for your pick-up time.


Prepaid Clients:
Cancellations and refunds
48 hours notice full refund.
24-48 hours before pick-up time, 50% of jurney price.
12-24 hours before pick-up time, 25% of jurney price.
Less than 12 hrs plus car already been dispatched no refunds policy applies.

The above charges apply to all corporate and invoice clients too.
